Apply these things you learned in the context of solving real-world and mathematical problems. This assignment relates to the standard because I had to find the surface area of a net of a cereal box.
2.What are the steps you took to complete and do well on this assignment?
The steps I took to complete and do well on this project was to get a cereal box. I had a paper that had the instruction so I followed it and my grandpa helped me with helping me understand the third step better. I had to fill out the paper and fill the cereal box with all the areas on each of the rectangles I found the area for. Then I had to find the surface area of the whole box by adding all the areas together.

This assignment demonstrates that I can make a project about surface area and find the surface area of a box. It also demonstrates that I can get the surface area without getting a lot of mistakes. To makes this project, I had to understand the steps on the sheet, so that is also a strength. This project shows thaT I can make my grade go higher by getting a 4 on my project.

I could've improved my work by making the project a little bit bor neater and not making mistakes. I also should've improved on writing the top, bottom, side, back, and front in the inside of the box and not the outside becuase it would look neater.

I willl apply the skills I learned from this assignment by finding the surface area of my room and area of my room in case I have to paint it. Also I can teach my little brother how to find the surface area and area of shapes. When I turtor my brother, I can teach him the top, bottom, side, back, and front of things so when I ask him to tell me, he would get it right.
