The steps I took to complete and do well on this assignment was to know all the physical components. Then, I used pictures from the internet or magazines to show what each of the sections represent.
This assignment demonstrates that I can find pictures that match each section and represent them. Also, it shows that I know each component and I know what kind of pictures to find for each component.
I could've improved on this assignment by making the paper more cleaner and not make red lines all over it. Also, I could've gotten different activities for each component instead of just putting the same exercises for some of the components.
I could apply this assignment to when I don't know that kind of component I need to use for certain workouts. Also, I can apply these components to my life by using them in my life will help me stay fit and healthy.
